Emma, the Excellence Executive

Hello and welcome! It’s great to have you here.

I am Emma Cowling, and I live in Buckinghamshire in the U.K., with my two beautiful sons and my amazing husband.
We live in a project house which we’re passionately renovating to become every inch our home, around 80% complete now!

I love to travel and go on adventures with my wonderful family, I enjoy reading (especially thrillers that keep me guessing), and I have been a hockey goalkeeper on and off for over 25 years.

I am the eldest of many siblings, born in the eighties into an eclectic, large and rather dysfunctional family, and I have spent much of my life navigating change & challenges across a very broad spectrum.

Through all this change, I found very early on that I had a natural skill and overwhelming desire to help every person that I encountered; no matter the size or scale of the challenge they faced. 

By nurturing and enhancing these skills, building in deliberate professional practice and formal accreditations, I am in a unique position to intuitively support you to drive excellence in your personal and professional life, in a truly bespoke way.
